  • Target Participants:

    • Small Businesses (with under 5 staff members)

    • Solo-Owned or Solo-Operated Businesses

    • Pre-Revenue Businesses (You haven’t started to earn money or charge for your product/ service yet)

    Services Provided:

    • Business Planning Assistance: Wherever you’re at in the business planning process, let’s see how we can help fill the gaps. Let’s draft a plan to help set your small business up for success in Hawaiʻi

    • Access to the NEMIMART Business Cohort: Join our cohort of small businesses and see where new collaborations or partnerships might develop.

    • Vendor/Market Equipment (Requires payment of service fee): NEMIMART assists with finding equipment for your upcoming market or other vendor events. Stock is limited and provided at a below-market rental price point.

    Program Goals: We want to support small businesses and promote their economic growth, as well as connect small businesses and promote inter-industry connectivity

    Program Goals: We want to improve the economic stability of artists in Hawaiʻi and to increase the presence of self-made and self-released art across Hawaiʻi

  • Target Participants:

    • Houseless/ Unhoused/ Homeless individuals and families

    • Unemployed Individuals

    • Individuals without College Degrees / High School Diplomas / GEDs

    • Individuals seeking job training

    Services Provided:

    • Liaison service for contacting resources on clients’ behalf

    • Storage Unit Space for transitional support between housing*

    • Resource list maintenance, to easily connect clients to the right services

    • Job training/ Resume workshops in partnership with qualified trainers

    Program Goals:

    • To provide direct and targeted support to at-risk individuals

    • To act as a mediator between at-risk individuals and their desired resources

    • To fill job vacancies by directly supporting individuals with pre-job training

    • To prevent/ eliminate houselessness for individuals and families at-risk

  • Target Participants:

    • Businesses looking to expand their reach or looking for partners

    • Artists / Musicians / and other Art-Related individuals/ groups

    • Education providers

    • Housing providers

    • Non-Profit Organizations

    • Service Providers

    • Companies in need of employees/ candidates

    Services Provided:

    • Liaison service to mediate new connections between network participants

    • Monthly newsletter to share upcoming events amongst network participants*

    Program Goals: We want to increase inter-market and intra-market connections as well as promote economic interconnectivity amongst Hawaiʻi businesses
